The facility ensures accurate traceability of each lab animal tested to its representative specimen and tissue slides through its internal Quality Control processes.

Pharmidex holds a complete histotechnique facility with calibrated semi automated microtomes, automatic tissue processors, sophisticated microscopy units that support specific histochemistry by virtue of its skillful mastery in related techniques.

• High-throughput capacity: Our high-throughput histology ensures rapid, high-quality processing of large sample volumes using advanced automation and optimized workflows.

• Paraffin Processing, Embedding, Microtomy/Sectioning and Staining: We offer paraffin processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining services to ensure tissue preservation and detailed histological analysis. Our precision techniques produce consistent, high-resolution sections and supporting reliable data.

• Staining – Routine (H&E , Masson’s trichrome) & Special stains: We provide routine and special staining services to highlight tissue structures with exceptional clarity. Our expert techniques ensure precise, high-quality staining for accurate histological analysis.

• Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): We supply high-quality immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues, providing precise protein expression analysis. Our optimized protocols guarantee reliable staining for biomarker detection.

• Digital Macro and Micro image capture – Photomicroscopy: We grant high-resolution image capture through advanced photomicroscopy, enabling detailed visualization and documentation of histological samples.

• Slide scanner: We offer high-resolution slide scanning services, converting histological samples into digital formats for detailed analysis, remote collaboration, and secure archiving.
